Poison oak stopped in it’s tracks!
Author: Melissa Downing
After a weekend visit to the country, my 12 year old came back with a terrible poison oak rash covering her face. She woke up and her face was swollen and her eyes were almost swollen shut!
I made a mixture in a spray bottle and used it on a compress, which she applied directly to her face. Within minutes, the burning and itching vanished and she had a nice nap with the compress laying over her face. She did his several times that day.
By the next morning, her rash was beginning to dry up and the burning and itching were gone! Here is the mixture I used:
5 oz distilled water
5 drops peppermint
5 drops wintergreen
10 drops frankincense
10 drops lavender
