Roasted Chicken seasoned with rosemary oil.
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cup White Wine
- 1 Drop Lemon Oil
- 4 Drops Rosemary Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Small Onion, minced
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Salt
Instructions
- To prepare the marinade, add all of the ingredients except chicken and olive oil to plastic bag.
- Place chicken inside bag and close bag tightly, making sure that there is no air in the bag. You want the marinade to completely cover the chicken.
- Let it marinade for an hour or two.
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place chicken in pan. Add marinade. Pour olive oil on top of chicken. Bake for about an hour, basting every 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary, if desired.
